Query/Support Required on SSL Certificate issue in ESA(SMTP Server)

We have request to Insert SSL Certificate to our SMTP Server( CISCO ESA).
 
One of the application receiving invalid Certificate error when trying to connect to smtp.garrettmotion.com.
 
We are facing trouble to raise a support request. We reached to the CISCO Frontline support for the same but they requested to contact partner to raise support request.

this is a community forum.. do you not have a valid ESA support contract ? if you do you should be able to open a case with TAC...

Have you talked to the partner / and also why did Cisco TAC refuse support ?
