want to white list a domain not hit the filter

Hi All,

i need your support to white list not hit the content filter condition email is as follows.

@ABC-cbc.com

my configuration is (?)@abc\-cbc\.com   but still it is not white listed am i missing any thing here please assist.

Hi ,

Please try to add below in envelope sender details in the content filter:

(?i)@ABC\-cbc\.com

I have tested the above in my ESA appliance and it is getting a hit. Please note that policy and filters work in top to down order and just make sure email is not hitting any policy or filter above this filter.

thanks for the below reply yes it was hitting a different policy above that now it is working once i reordered it.
