Best recommended book for sourcefire/firepower

Hi All,

Any recommended book to learn cisco sourcefire/firepower from zero to hero??

That one looks pretty sketchy. Only 120 pages and it's self-published. The description mentions it covers "Configure Cisco Firepower Thread Defence" (sic).

 

A much better (and peer-reviewed) book published not too long ago is @Nazmul Rajib 's "Cisco Firepower Threat Defense".

This is rather good book, but not for the latest version:

Main principles will still apply though and I liked it.

If interested, Cisco starts certification Cyber OPS in December. There will be materials available for it, which covers AMP as well.

the SSFIPS books have almost everything , other resources are IT ProTV and Live Lessons

Implementation and management guide on FMC/FTD. Seems like its a free ebook for Amazon Kindle readers.
