Cannot connect to server error in AMP console

Hi Team,

 

We see error in console : Cannot connect to server  ? what are the basic troubleshooting steps need to be performed ?Please provide me detailed steps ?

There is not enough information in your post to assist in troubleshooting the issue.  I suggest opening a TAC case and providing some additional information.  As a start, I suggest ensuring connectivity to all the required addresses for AMP.
