We noticed that Cisco AMP data stored on disk, prevents from shrinking drive by Bitlocker so it prevents from starting process of encryption.
MBAM reports error while shrinking disk. After troubleshooting, this is always caused by cisco amp data on disk. Data causing issues, cannot be moved to any other area on disk and causes encryption process to fail just on the begining. See attached files. There is information what cisco amp data is causing issue.
Is it possible to fix this problem ? It is a huge security gap as we cannot encrypt drives.
