Hi, I am not sure if this is the right avenue for it.
My name is Krishna and I am a Product Owner for a Remote Access solutions provider. I would like to discuss a possible interaction of our software with the endpoint security software leading to a crash and also how to handle it.

Hello Ken,
Thanks for the reply. We are trying your suggestion out currently. As we don't have access to Cisco Endpoint security, we are coordinating with our customers who have it installed to study the interactions.

Thanks for your response. We were trying out Ken's solution. We got the logs and narrowed it down. Now we are figuring out how to fix it with the information.
