ISE posture and cisco secure endpoint support

Hello  ,

recently a client upgrades all the AMP's to version  7.4.5.20701 and the application change from AMP to Cisco Secure Endpoint.

Ise posture cannot recognize it since it is a different application . We did the last updates for posturing but there is no such an application.

Can anybody help before open a TAC case ?

Hi,

Try to find the process used by CSE from the task manager, then create a
posture check (application condition) to verify the process is running. I
have deployed this to check for 3rd party EDRs and running smoothly.
