Cisco Secure Endpoint CSV Export

Hi Cisco Community,

We are receiving the following error when trying to export a csv from Cisco Secure Endpoint, is anyone else experiencing a similar issue? This has been ongoing for a few days now.

Yes, I see the same thing when I attempt a CSV export.

We are already looking in to this and TAC already open a case with our back end team to investigate this issue. The latest update on our internal case is that developers are still investigating.

Me too! To be honest, the Secure Endpoint site has been very slow over the last 24 hours, oftentimes presenting a blank page.  I have to refresh to get content.  Event export to csv are the latest snag and is making it difficult to identify the depth of events. 

Is there an ETA when this will be resolved?

I tried running the event export again and this time my error is a little different.  Is there an ETA?  Please provide the TAC case and current status.  This is a vital part of the tool that's failing and needs to be resolved.

Thanks for the update - I'll try to complete another csv export today and see what happens. We are currently working on another issue as we are unable to open TAC cases.

I was checking the internal ticket for some updates and noted that our portal team is now having hard time to reproduce the issue. They check all the servers for correct time and if they syncing properly but couldn't reproduce the issue. They will resume on Monday with more testing.

However My own lab was hitting this same issue. When I last time try on Thursday it was still there,  but when I test the CSV export this morning (Sunday 11/5) I was able to download CSV generated for list of my endpoint with out any issue. Can you guy try the same on your side if you still getting the 500 error?
