Server failed to update policy with serial number 50

Hi team,

Could you please assist us why we are receiving policy update failed for few devices and what does serial number specify ?

Error details

Error code - 4294967295

Description - Unknown Error.

I understand policy updates are automatic and it can't be done manually but do you have any KB article to fix the issue.

The 4294967295 error is a generic Microsoft error 0xFFFFFFFF so it is difficult to tell what the issue is from that. The serial number is the policy serial number which is updated each time a policy change is made in Secure Endpoints. I would check the logs to see if there is any additional information or open a TAC case so they can assist troubleshooting.
