Pending generally means that we haven't received enough information yet to populate that field. If this is a new install, it just may not have that data yet. Also, verify the endpoint meets the requirements in the Cisco Security Risk Score section of the User Guide.

Without more details I can't say for certain why the endpoint isn't displaying the Cisco Security Risk Score. We may need to investigate the logs on the endpoint to determine communication issues or installation issues. I suggest opening a TAC case so they can dig deeper into the logs or backend data.
