CSE csv export failure

From CSE, management, computers, I attempted to export a computer list to csv but received the following error:

 I also tested from multiple tenants but I'm receiving the same error.  Anyone else running into this? Is Cisco having a backend reporting issue?

Due to the timing, I suspect this might be related to daylight savings time. Could you try to set your time zone to UTC and test again? I've asked our Devs to look into this to verify.

I'm in US.
See the same issue.
Switching to UTC does work.

Is this expected to get resolved when accounts are configured with applicable time zones?

I tested from my console and it worked fine. I tested multiple Orgs, all based in the AMER geo.

My account timezone was already set to UTC in two of them and UTC+8 in a third one. (That's my local time zone - which does not observe DST).

NAM region.  Switched timezone to UTC and reran the report it worked.

A fix is being pushed to production for this issue shortly. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
EDIT: Updated to "being pushed" as it has not yet been deployed to production.

There also seems to be an issue accessing the Cisco Application Portal.  Same error message I received before when trying to export a csv reportapp security portal error.png

 

That was a separate issue that has been resolved.
