For some reason, if I download the app from the Play Store and try to register it using the activation code created from our dashboard does not work. We got the following error: "The code you provided appears to be invalid. Try again or contact support" Only manually downloading the apk file and installing from the dashboard works.
The problem with that procedure is when you use a private store to massively distribute applications among all the mobile devices in the organization. Because the application name overlaps with the official one in the public Play Store, you cannot upload it. So ideally we should be able to leverage the public one without the registration errors. Any idea?
On the other hand, what is the procedure for future connector upgrades? Should the administrator manually run the upgrade or the connector is transparently upgraded?
