IOS device is managed but not supervised

Hello,

I have an IOS device that was setup with Apple Configurator and Meraki MDM. My issue is the device is managed by Merki, but not supervised in System Manager. I need this device to be supervised as we use it for a Kiosk and need to lock down to single app mode. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It needs to be put in to Apple DEP by your vendor

Thanks, I managed to figure out how to remove the device from apple DEP and then re-prepared the device with Apple Configurator 2. Device is functioning as expected now.
