Issues Installing Cisco AMP Connector on Server!!

Hi Team,

I am getting attached error installing AMP connector on Win Server 2012 SP2. The installation worked fine on 90 odd servers however its failing on 9-11 servers with the attached screenshot.

TS Performed:

- Tried all steps as per:

- Completely turned-off the AV however it still didn't work.

- EventViewer logs for Application/Security etc didnt report logs for AMP for endpoint.

- Tried multiple connector packages.

- Validated the checksum of package remains same.

I am not sure if TAC will support this kind of issues however any further inputs would be helpful.

The servers has been up for about an year, I am planning to see if reboot can be performed to check if the issue alleviates.

I have realized socializing issues for AMP on support forums doesn't help much.....raised a TAC for this issue!!

This certainly should be worked through TAC as a normal support case. We certainly do support server deployments, so please do not hesitate to open a case.
