Secure Client Cloud Management Deployments not saving

Editing a deployment that was created within the Secure Client Cloud Management portal (https://secure-client.us.security.cisco.com), but whenever I edit a deployment and save it, the changes don't save. It keeps defaulting to a configuration that was never created on our end. I've even tried to create a completely new deployment but the same issue keeps occurring.

We want to create a deployment that contains our VPN profile and Umbrella profile but they never get saved. We also skip over the "Zero Trust Access" module but every time the module gets saved to the deployment when testing the installation. We do not want this module installed on certain systems but it seems the management console is stuck defaulting to installing this module within this or any deployment that gets created and doesn't skip even if we check the box.

Last month I was able to create and edit deployments and we did not encounter this issue. Is this a known issue? We get a lot of use out of the client management but we are unable to make any new deployments until we can properly edit the existing ones. I appreciate any assistance anyone can provide.

I poked some people I know in the BU, this was a Cisco created problem and then they fixed it.

I'm seeing the same thing in XDR ...

What it looks like is happening is that when you go to edit a profile, the current state of the configuration is not reflected in the gui.

If you go look at ones you haven’t been touching, they also show no config.

But if you config one the way you want it, on the list of deployments there’s a column that lists the number of profiles referenced… this gets updated correctly, and if you hover over it, it shows the profiles you have added to the deployment.

I see what you mean and I've noticed that as well. We still have the issue though of the "Zero Trust Access" module still being installed no matter how we configure the deployment, whether it be editing an existing one or creating a new deployment.

No matter what we try right now, we can't seem to get a deployment that doesn't install the Zero Trust Access module, even if we choose to skip it when configuring.

Just as i posted my reply, it seems the cloud management console is now working correctly again. Just tested it out and now I'm able to properly edit the deployments how I need them to. Not sure if this was an issue just on our end or if Cisco did some sort of fix on their backend (possible since @Ken Stieers also had a similar issue).

Thank you Ken for the confirmation on your end and the assistance!
