Secure Endpoint license information is not showing correctly

Hello everyone, 

Our Secure Endpoint license entitled for 65 connectors and the dashboard showed we already have 50 connectors deployed. However, in the license information, it is showing that we have 17 unused connectors (I think it should be 15). What could be the reason for that incorrect info?

Hey Tuan,

Without specific information on the connectors, I can't really say what is causing the mismatch. As an example, if some connectors were just installed, they may not be showing in all aspects of the reporting yet. If you need to know specifics, I suggest opening a TAC case so they can look at all the details involved.
