Tetra update failed. The CA bundle could not be set or accessed

Does anyone encounter this Tetra update error on a Windows 2019 server running with Cisco Secure Endpoint version 8.1.5?

ADS_18_1-1681867914999.png

First time seeing this error. After upgrading the version from 7.5.5 to 8.1.5, the initial error was -2113 which, according to Cisco support, indicates the server cannot reach the new URLs Cisco implemented on and 7.5.9 and 8.1.5. After the firewall was updated to allow connection to the new URLs, the error has now changed.

Hey,

Based on the information that you have provided, this goes beyond a firewall rule to allow the connection, it looks to be related to a proxy issue.

There's a public Bug already posted that matches this behavior --> https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwe67836

Now, moving on, the issue has been fixed on the latest v8.1.7 released yesterday 4/17, you can find the releases notes where this specific bug is already addressed:

https://docs.amp.cisco.com/Release%20Notes.pdf

I recommend you test with this new version and verify that the issue has been resolved, otherwise, may need further investigation through TAC assistance.

Thank you for your response. Is this bug only relevant to systems utilizing proxy in the Cisco configuration? The server does not use proxy in Cisco settings.
