When I'm going through my list of computers to check and fix those with a high 'Kenna Risk Score', I sometimes get the feeling that a particular client's score is not up to date. For example, immediately after installing a missing Windows update on the machine.
Is there a way to manually trigger a risk score update? For example, by running a command on the client itself?
After installing a Windows Update, the dashboard stays on "Pending..." for quite some time. There's no shortcut to speed this up in similar cases, I suppose?

There is a background job that runs daily to update the Kenna Risk Score in the Secure Endpoints console so currently there is no way to force it to update more quickly. If you're using the full Kenna product, you can integrate Secure Endpoints and that connector will run every six hours to calculate the score. Hope that helps.

Ken is correct. Apologies for not stating that more clearly.
