I have been using the tool for years now, and suddenly i ran into this problems:
In windows services, the "finditserver" is listet, but cant be started.

Can I get you to contact the support center (https://cisco.com/go/sbsc) and log a case for this. It sounds like we'll need to have an engineer troubleshoot the problem.

Thx for your fast reply. I have tryed to instal the 2.0.5 version, but the installation haltes when it gets to "Starting Services", and then promptes with the message mentioned.
