Hi community!

I have a problem with the network in the company.

At certain time of the day, the internte fails for no reason, but I have no problems with the local network, users can access the server where the information of the company is located, but can not surf the internet. 

There are two internet outlets (primary and secondary), but it still don't work as it should be.

We do not use static IP adress, the 80 users work by DHCP.

Only servers and printers have static ip adress. 

Usually that could be the reason for this happening?

internal problems or problems with internet services?

There are many thing that can did this problem;

DNS Problem;
NAT Problem;
ISP Problem;

Could you share with us your configuration and if you still having problem?

Does this fail for everyone or certain users
Are you using a firewall for internet access
How are these two internet circuits connected

Can you post a topology of the network please?

Maybe this can be an issue for not getting Proper internet, you must contact IT admin to solve this immediately.
