Cisco TAC support is awful

I opened a TAC case with Cisco for a FirePower issue and I EXPLICITLY stated in the ticket that I want to work with a TAC engineer in the Eastern Timezone during business hours. 24 hours later, I received this email from one of the Cisco TAC engineers: ---- My name is XXXXX from the Cisco FirePower TAC team and I have taken ownership of your Service Request. I am sending this out as an initial point of contact to let you know that I have accepted your case and to give you information on how to contact me. Please reply-to-all during our email correspondence so that our conversation is documented within the case notes properly. I’m In EMEAR time zone and we are just finish our shift. If you need someone from US to work with you today further, please call Cisco Frontline to requeue this case to the next available engineer. ---- Basically, he/she didn't read the case content. I am speechless.
