ASA outside interface not pungable from multilayer switch

Hi can I get some help with this?  Ive tried GNS3 with ASAv and packet tracer for this lab and I cant seemt to ping the outside interface of my ASA from a multilayer switch with inside vlans. below are a list of things i configured

inside routes

static route to outside

default route to outside

access-list

all interface are up

I don't think you're in the correct section of supportforums.

You can ping an ASA's interface only if you're coming from that side of the network;

meaning you can't ping outside if you're inside; you can ping in this case only the inside;

you can't ping the dmz interface IP if you're outside, and so on..
