Hi there,
Internal Cisco 5505 IP: 10.10.0.1 static, securty level 100
External Cisco 5505 IP: 36.X.X.23 Dhcp, security level 0
from inside can ping any external host example, from host 10.10.0.3 to google.com
from inside can ping any internal host example , from host 10.10.0.3 to 10.10.0.5 included the internal Cisco IP 10.10.0.1
from inside can ping different external network ip on the same network of my router for example host 36.x.x.25
from inside can't ping the IP 36.X.X.23 ??????
from outside can ping the IP 36.X.X.23
from outside can ping different extenal network ip of 36.X.X.X network

This is called far end management which is not supported to the ASA

That is why is not allowed and it will never work the ASA design doesn't allow it

I almost went crazy for 2 days!!!
anyway this also is not supported for ASA Version 9.2(2)4(my case) someone need to add it to the report bug
