I have a question on Cisco WebEx Contact Center. My firm is planning to move on Cisco WebExCC and we need to know all the prospective from Operational point of View. As the platform will be from Cisco side, what all things we need to be prepare in terms on on boarding our new site and how the operational team will functions in terms of Support model,troubleshooting SLAs, monitoring and RCA. As of now we are only looking for Cisco WebEx CC new site on boarding solution. I am looking from Operation point of view.
