IE3300 Switch will not boot after cycling power on it. I would appreciate some guidance on this issue. I tried talking to it through putty to trouble shoot. I had no break through and I also tried downloading an up date it seems to just be locked. I am unable to rest the switch for a hard reset as well.

Console into the switch and reboot.

Post the entire boot-up process.

Leo, what command do I use to reboot? I have tried several commands, and I was unable to.

Use the reload command from enable mode.

Or power off/power on the switch.

Kill the power to the switch. 

Wait 5 seconds and energize.
