Cisco XDR upgrade error 1603

Hi, 

I am encountering the following error while upgrading to version 5.1.4.74 of Cisco XDR Secure Client. The devices have Umbrella, ISE posture, and network visibility modules with version 5.1.3.62, but they are not working. Although the programs are installed on the computer, they are in a disabled state. I am experiencing this issue on multiple computers. How can we resolve this?

Hi @s-furkan , 

The error code 1603 is related to "Uninstaller not found to remove the connector", when the uninstaller entry from registry does not work or do not have the appropriate permission.

You can fix it by manually removing the old version or using the msiexec with /x option poiting to the old msi installer through the CLI.
