I am having problem booting OS

Is this a firepower firewall? Try to shut it completely down and remove power for 30 seconds before trying to reboot. It could be a known SSD firmware issue.

This is a FPR 1010

If fully powering it down doesn't solve the issue I would raise a TAC case for this. It is not unlikely that the flash/SSD is defective/dead.
