Hello,
I've got an HA Pair that can't sync. The HA Link is connected, I get visual indication of Link (Link Lights on both 2130s) Primary and Secondary. The software configuration is aware of the HA Link Port, not letting me configure it. Swapped the Ethernet cable connecting both 2130's. Connected each HA Port to a switch, same VLAN. Doesn't make a difference. 2130's don't sync.
Any experience with this?

You must config same IP in both FW even if unit is different primary and secondary the IP must be same

for my side when I config ASA HA with CLI
I config failover link with same IP in both FW
and config the OUT and IN interface with IP for primary and standby in active FW and this will automatic copy to standby FW.

Hello,
It is a new deployment. We let the eval license expire and then we had to license.
I don't know if that had anything to do with this condition.
