i google and was searching for some documentation with some pictures/image of how to add new user to tidal but could not found some. i was wondering if any of you can give me screen shot of how to add a new user to tidal. my access does not allow me to add/edit a runtime user.

Hi Warren,
You should contact someone with security privileges to grant you the access to add/edit Tidal user

Once granted, you should then be able to add users -- start by clicking on the check mark with the green plus on the top to add a new user.
User/Group Name = user/group name
Full Name = last name, first name
Domain = AD, blank if Unix, or domain name
Then select security policy: Super Users, Runtime User Only, or Others
The runtime users tab allows you to specify which runtime users the user/group has access, the agent tab allows you to specify which agent the runtime users has access. The other tab allows you to specify the phone number, email address of user/group. If the runtime user needs to connect to a Windows agent, then the Windows / FTP Password field should be filled out under the password tab. And if the runtime user needs to connect to a Unix agent, then the password fields can be left blank.

Just give it a try.
