in the job event definition there is a check box item apply this event to all jobs. is that item when checked will be applied to all jobs or jobs on the same group only?

yes that works. however, we want to automate to cancel/remove the job from schedule using sacmd command. we tried jobcancel still will not stop future schedule jobs. please advise. thanks.
thanks derrick. right the STICC job was migrated first. then the job action was right after the STICC job. this was when the transporter throws an error.
