I need to create a calendar where I can adjust it by business days (Mon - Fri) instead of actual days (Sun - Sat). Basically I need to run a job on the 10th + 2 business days each month. I know I can create a list calendar where I just manually pick the dates to run but I would like to automate it if possible so I don't have to maintain that calendar.

Hi,
Let's create 2 calendars, and call them
MonthlyWithDays_10a and MonthlyWithDays_10b
In MonthlyWithDays_10a, select ALL months and only the 10th day
and repeat with MonthlyWithDays_10b (for some reason a calendar cannot be set to conflict with itself)
Go back to MonthlyWithDays_10a, and click on the Conditions tab
Add if conflicts with MonthlyWithDays_10b, Take Action Next Calendar
Offset this by 2, and select Next Calendar = Workday US or similar business day calendar type
Screenshots attached.

That worked perfectly. I was close but was missing that second 10th day calendar. Thank you so much.
