Calling PowerShell Scripts from Tidal

i have this powershell script that converts a csv file to and excel xlsx file format. the script works fine when run on the windows command line. however it does not work in tidal.

although the job when run does not error out but the output gives the error and the file did not get converted. this is the output.

this is the tidal job.

hi yes I tried that still did not work.
