When a service cannot be canceled, there is some text that says "Significant costs have been incurred in the delivery of one or more services in this requisition.
It is no longer possible to cancel this requisition."
We'd like to remove the reference to significant costs because our company is not in the chargeback model of providing services for most of the things we do. I looked around in the admin console and did not see anywhere the message could be confgiured so I assume that the message is somewhere in the code of the application. Is there any easy way to make the change that won't violate our support agreement?
