CIAC order windows 2003 R2 from templete

I order windows 2003 from templete, it's host name and ip have changed

but, Orechstrator has a error :

An error occurred while setting up network properties of the guest OS

. See the log file guestcust.log in the guest OS for details.

And I see the guestcust.log ,it failed to join domain, but i don't want it to join domain.

So how  can i do let vm don't  to join domain ?

You need to check the "Customize Virtual Server" process and look at the Customize Activity. You can select whether to join a domain or be in a workgroup. If you need to change it, you would have to copy the workflow and paste it as you cannot change OOTB content.
