Has anyone faced compatibility issues between CPO 2.3.4 and Powershell v 3.0 ?

In the shelf report it shows we added support for PS v 3.0 in CPO 2.3.4. So it should work fine. If you have any issues I would suggest opening a TAC case.

Oh ok, I haven't tested it yet, just wanted to check before upgrading any components.

Is this an IAC deployment?  Is your question about PO compatibility or IAC content compatibility?
