create the VM using vCloud Director

Can anyone help me on, how to create the VM using vCloud Director. I am trying to connect using Tidal orchestrator.

The vCD content is sold by Cisco and TEO does interface with it. However you need to go through Advanced Services/sales. If you are an employee you can go to the IA Design center to ask the same question and receive help.
