Creating an Amazon VM with a public ip address

Hello,

At Aciernet, we've been using MCAK for a couple of months, creating Amazon VM's which always had private ip's, and recently we've been thinking of cerating machine with public addresses so people could connect to them without creating a VPN. Unless I'm mistaken, CIAC and MCAK don't enable users to create servers with public addresses, so we would like to know if we can mofidy the services and processes to have that possibility, or if Cisco is planning onto giving users that possibility in a future version?

Thank you.

Your requirement is already supported by MCAK v5. There is an option in the order form for an Amazon instance to create an "Elastic IP Adddress". This is the public IP that maps to the private IP via NAT.

There is an additional property of the Virtual Server service item for Primary Elastic IP Address (there is also one for Management Elastic IP Address, if a management network is also created).
