Escalation of past due task only

Escalation of past due task only

We have a service that is setup with 5 task to be completed by different support groups.  Escalations are set to remind the groups if the tasks have not been completed .  These are setup on the escalation tab under Plans.  Right now all groups get the reminder even though their task is complete - how can this be prevented - so only those performs get the reminder emails on task still open?

That sounds like a bug to me.  The expected functionality (mine at least) would be that as an individual task becomes overdue, it would start the escalation process for that task only.  And make sure that there is only one recipient of the notification listed, probably #Performer.Email#.
