Hi,

Got an odd request from one of our user groups. They want to change the font used in the TIDAL email output in order to improve the content they sent to clients. AFAICS there's no option to manipulate fonts in the clients anywhere other than in business views.

Can anyone advise otherwise?

Hey Joe,

You can embed html tags in the message body of email actions,

<html>
<body>
<font face="verdana" color="green">This is a TEST!</font>
</body>
</html>

Mmm. Lovely.

Some of the output is dumped csv files so its not easy to see how that could be applied.

I'll pass the info on to the users anyway.

Not totally related but, since I am new to tidal this is close enough.

I need to set a tidal job to send e-mail notifications. Being a newbie, I wonder if you could provide any guidance how to get started.
