How do I reset the WebLogic Connection Pool after lost connections?
newScale FrontOffice Suite recovers gracefully from lost connections when used with the WebSphere and JBOSS application servers, however, due to WebLogic limitations, you need to reset the WebLogic connection pool in the event of lost connections.
To reset the WebLogic connection pool:
Start the WebLogic console.
Navigate to the JDBC Connection Pools screen.
Click the Control tab.
Click the Reset button.
