How to add themes and layouts to portal?

What is the process for registering / adding a theme and layout to the portal so that they can be selected when configuring a portal page?

Hi,

We use import/export to add portlet and portlet page.

Also, you could directly add your css and themes in the appserver (jboss, weblo...) directory. after you need to select it on admin module.
