Informatica Workflows not getting triggered through Tidal

Hi,

The Informatica workflows are not getting triggered through Tidal in our project.. However, they were properly getting triggered a couple of hours back. And this happenns for all the workflow triggering jobs.

Infact, when we run the job triggering the workflow, it goes to launched stautus, then to active and then to Completed Abnormally. The output window does not show any message.

We checked the availability of the Master and Agent. They are available and we have even tried restarting the Agent. Thats has not helped.

Agent : Windows Agent(3.0.1.08)

Master: Windows Master(5.3.1.283)

Adapter Service Version: PowerCenter version [8.6.1 HotFix10], build[0123]

But the jobs which are used to run Perl scripts are running and working properly. Only the jobs used to trigger Informatica workflows are not working.

Could some one help us on this?

Just a thought, did you do a deployment?

The reason I ask is because we've had an issue where we deployed a folder or some objects and the Informatica service account that Tidal was using did not have access to these folders.

Tidal displayed a similar behavior with no error messages.

Also you can look in the Tidal (Tidal Informatica logs) to see if there are more clues.
