Launcher Error: Invalid runtime user on linux-x86_64

I have one ID that doesn't work I get the Launcher Error - Invalid runtime user

I can run other jobs on the server using different users - any ideas?

I have seen this problem in 5.3.1 when copying or renaming users.  If you did copy or rename, then try creating the user from scratch.

are you saying delete the user ID from Tidal and recreate it or on the server?

Delete and recreate the user in the TES client
