Quickest way to load 25 dictionaries

I have 25 dictionaries with multi select fields that I need to load with the same data from a DB table. Is there a quicker way besides doing 25 DDRs?
Each dictionary has 3 fields that needs to be loaded so that would be 75 DDR’s. It seems like a lot. Any ideas are appreciated.

shouldn't you be able to do the one DDR with multiple distributions? We have a similar scenario (but smaller numbers)

We allow a user to select up to 4 options on a form. So there are 4 dictionaries in the AFC which are all loaded with the same information on load. One rule, but distributed to multiple fields.
