We have configured a service link adapter to create external tasks in a different software package. When the work is assigned out to the external system, we set the due date of the external task to match the due date of the task in RequestCenter. It is possible for the task in the external system to be rescheduled. When the due date changes in the external system, would it be possible to call a reschedule action that could also reschedule the task in RC?
I looked through the documentation I had but did not see that it was possible to reschedule a task or change the due date though the inbound xml.
