Rules/Workflow logging

Where can I find detailed logging of rules/javascripts and plan/workflow execution?

Looking for information such as when rules/javascripts fired, their conditional checks, results, etc.

I am not sure about everyone else but i use in my javascript the console.log() function and then watch the output in the firefox developer console

It is a bit harder to watch the inbuilt rules
