Runtime user not available in Transporter

Has anyone had issues with not having the specific runtime user in Tidal Transporter?  I've verified I have rights to the runtime user and that the password is set in the windows password of the runtime user, but it still doesn't appear in the dropdown.

Any ideas?

If the object is owned by a workgroup, please make sure the owner of the workgroup has access to the runtime user as well.
