TES 5.3.1 : Ressource stuck "in use", how to reset counter ?

Hello,

we are using TES 5.3.1 and this morning (french time) one job remains "waiting on resource".

the resource amounts : Limit : 1  In Use : 1  Available : 0

but no other job is running and using it.

is there a way to clean the situation ?

Fred,

You might have a Resource "Locked" situation.  Go to the "Resources" folder on the Client GUI, open the resource that it is being used by the jobs, select "Job" tabs and check on "Lock" (Last column on the display), right click and unlock.

next time I will know exactly what to do !!

by the time I posted the question, I had to go fast and create a new group, mapped on a new resource...

the old group was still waiting on resource...

now we're OK.
