TES 6.1 - SAP Jobs get into "Error Occurred" state daily at 3am

Hi,

We have Tidal Enterprise Scheduler 6.1 configured to manage all the SAP batch jobs

We have an issue for past couple of days where all the jobs relevant to a specific configured application get into "Error Occurred" state daily at 3am and all those jobs need to be taken care for the next run manually in Tidal Client which is tedious

Please suggest on the better alternate Solution

Please provide the job error log.

When you say SAP jobs, are they from SAP-ECC environment ??

If error occurred because of communication failure, then check with Infrastructure team, if they can able to detect any connection drop while communicating over Network.
