Got an answer from Tech support:
The ellipses have been removed as we were only able to search the system the 5.3.1 Client was installed on, and this model no longer applies to the 6.1.x distributed architecture.
At this time, we do not support Firefox 20, only up to 16. We are currently working to support later versions of the product and any necessary patches will be released once that testing has been completed.
